India’s hottest modified Hyundai Creta compact SUV on video

The 2022 Hyundai Creta is tastefully modified to give a kind of all-black appeal. The mid-size SUV is priced in the range of Rs. 10.44 lakh to Rs. 18.18 lakh (ex-showroom).

Hyundai Creta, one of the best-selling SUVs in the Indian market is also quite popular for being very modification friendly. Launched in the year 2020, the second-gen model of the mid-size SUV is one of the top choices of SUV buyers in the country. With a constant monthly sale of around 12000 units since its arrival, the launch of the facelift model is around the corner and is expected to debut by the first half of 2023. We have already seen tons of modified Creta SUVs in the market, and the owners usually don’t shy away from spending lakhs of rupees to give a unique appeal to their vehicles. So today we have come across one more tastefully modified Hyundai Creta showcased in a YouTube video by ‘Namish Richa Vlogs’

Tastefully Modified Hyundai Creta: Details

To begin with, the Creta in the video is an SX petrol manual trim which is currently priced at Rs. 14.38 lakh (ex-showroom). The second top variant in the Creta’s line-up sits below the SX (O) trim and comes kitted with a host of tech features. These include a chrome front grille, 17-inch alloy wheels, a D-cut steering wheel, 10.25 inch HD infotainment system, dual tone dashboard finish, leather seats and more. Despite being quite feature-loaded, the owner of the vehicle choose to amplify the exterior styling of the SUV with some unique modifications.

Without going overboard with the customization, the tweaks look quite elegant and subtle, to say the least. Going by the video, the owner has tried to give an all-black treatment to the SUV’s body with the front skid plate and alloy wheels as contrasting elements. Talking about the modification, the SUV gets an all-black front grille with a carbon fibre wrap on the hood. Other major modifications include 18-inch alloy wheels shod with 245/45 R18 section tyres, white tyre stickers, black C-pillar wrap and gel number plates.

The Hyundai Creta is available in 7 trim levels, namely E, EX, S, S+, SX Executive, SX and SX(O). Apart from these, it also comes in a special Knight Edition. The range of the mid-size SUV starts from Rs. 10.44 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs. 18.18 lakh (ex-showroom). The 3 engine options on board the Creta include 115 bhp 1.5-litre MPi petrol, 115 bhp 1.5 CRDi diesel and a 138 bhp 1.4-litre tGDi petrol engine. These are paired with the option of a 6-speed manual, 6-speed torque converter automatic, 6-speed IVT and a 6-speed iMT gearbox. In terms of features, the mid-size SUV gets some nifty additions such as ventilated front seats, a powered driver seat, wireless charging, automatic climate control, Advanced Blue Link connected car tech, digital instrument cluster, rear window sunshade, air purifier, cooled glove box, 2 step rear reclining seats with 60:40 split function and more.
