Parts for iconic Toyota Land Cruiser 40 Series will motor on
Not surprisingly, more than 60 years following the introduction of Toyota Motor Corp.’s iconic 40 Series SUV Land Cruiser, some of the vehicle’s components have become difficult to procure.
For that reason, 40 Series owners reached out to Toyota out of concerns that their vehicles “will be no longer able to run.”
So that drivers can continue to “operate their beloved automobiles safely and securely,” Toyota decided to reintroduce spare parts for the series next year.
“The 40 Series succeeded in purely embodying the concept of ‘a car to trust with one’s life at the last moment,’” said Sadayoshi Koyari,
