In her latest video, Automotive Youtuber Collete Davis details all the suspension work her Evo V needs to be track ready, along with installing some other quality-of-life mods. Having landed the lead host spot for Amazon Prime’s newest automotive show Banging Gears, Collete brought her street-tuned Evo V to Las Vegas for a month of filming.
The show – which pitches Japanese tuner cars against supercars, exotic hypercars, drag cars, and everything in between – meant Collete had to bring her “most track-focused car” to be competitive.
But, despite the 4G63 engine having an upgraded Garrett G25 550 turbo
The new Nissan Z is a fantastic car – compact, powerful, and nimble, perfectly fitting the modern sports car stage. But it wouldn’t even exist without the original Fairlady Z – the first sports car from the Z series, launched by the automaker in October 1969. It was the predecessor of everything good that was to ever come wearing the Z badge and it was sold in slightly different versions for the Japanese and American markets.
A pristine condition Fairlady Z recently visited Jay Leno’s Garage and the writer, actor, comedian, and most of all car enthusiast met with the

For most auto enthusiasts in America, Monterey Car Week is the pinnacle of automotive events. Nowhere else in the U.S. can you see such high-caliber metal on display, from iconic race cars and ultra-rare hypercars to weird one-offs and forgotten classics. But without a boatload of money for tickets, a lot of Pebble Beach’s events are inaccessible, leaving you to just car-spot on the street. (Don’t get me wrong, that is always awesome.) I just got back from a trip to Paris, where I attended Rétromobile, traditionally the first major classic car show
North America’s largest Motorcycle and Powersports Tradeshow is about to get underway from February 15-17th of this year; that means there’s a scant 20 days left to register and get your butt over for a gander at new bikes, educational tips for the motorsports industry, and a shimmy or two at the 2023 Industry Party (sponsored this year by Tucker).
The AIMExpo’s showroom floor has officially sold out at this point, and we’re told by the organization’s recent press release that dealer registration is also trending at an all-time high; since 2022’s running featured North America’s first time back from
