The 28.04-metre Tarrab motor yacht Summer Sunset sold in Florida after nearly a year on the market. The deal was concluded by Sarah Burleson of Seattle Yachts on behalf of the buyer, while Graham Rutherford of Northrop and Johnson represented the seller. Launched in 2002 in Argentina, the GRP motor yacht has a volume of 133 GT and she underwent an haul out in 2020 with a maintenance and paint refresh. Her main saloon is finished with part marble and part wooden flooring. She has a grand Yamaha piano to the aft of the main saloon, with cream sofas and chairs, as well as a dining area. The space also features a dedicated karaoke system for guests of all ages to enjoy and the yacht’s galley was recently updated with the latest appliances and technologies including Sub Zero refrigeration and a wine cabinet housing 18 bottles.
The motor yacht can accommodate as many as eight guests between four comfortable staterooms comprising a full-beam owner’s suite, a VIP cabin and two twin cabins with twin berths.
The yacht’s large flybridge offers seating around fiberglass tables for up to 12 guests. This is a lovely spot for guests to gather for an alfresco meal or sunset cocktail surrounded by the stunning views of the yacht’s cruising grounds. Additional alfresco dining is found on her aft deck with a large table and comfortable bench seating.
At the time of her sale Summer Sunset was last asking $1,299,000.
