The deal was concluded by Sarah Burleson of Seattle Yachts on behalf of the buyer, while Graham Rutherford of Northrop and Johnson represented the seller. Launched in 2002 in Argentina, the GRP motor yacht has a volume of 133 GT and she underwent an haul out in 2020 with a maintenance and paint refresh.
